At the heart of the breakthrough introduced by Fluent research lies the personalised blood glucose prediction feature implemented in Fluent PrevYOU. This cutting-edge innovation is set to revolutionize diabetes management by delivering individualized forecasts that empower users to maintain optimal glucose levels with greater precision.
Formula 1 Technology & Personalised Blood Glucose Prediction?
Fluent research project is bringing together doctors, data scientists, experts of information technology, and engineers to develop innovative solutions for diabetes. Our engineers with a motorsport background have developed the blood glucose prediction model using the same exact approach they were using in Formula 1 to predict the lap time of their cars.
A mobile version of the larger analytical model used by researchers has been developed to be able to run on a mobile phone. The model keeps adapting and improving its prediction capabilities with use. The more you’ll be using it, the more accurate the prediction you’ll get.
Is Artificial Intelligence used in the prediction?
At the moment, AI technology is not used, and it is not part of the prediction model. Among other reasons, the limited level of personalization of AI algorithms currently offered on mobile phones, and the uncertainty of results produced in situations of low data density.
How does the personalised blood glucose prediction work?
Stay tune as the new version of Fluent PrevYOU will be released on November 1st, 2025 together with videos showing blood glucose prediction at work.
Nice to show prediction accuracy growth from day 1 to day 7.
Support for Longer Time in Range
Header to be used for this paragraph on web: “Support for Longer Time in Range: In Range ++”
In addition to the prediction of blood glucose response to the pattern of actions you select, we have implemented into Fluent PrevYOU a feature called “In Range ++”. Whenever we find a pattern/timing which offers longer time in range potential than the pattern you input, we make it available, and you can jump on it tapping on the “In Range ++” button.
This approach focuses on extending the time during which blood glucose levels remain within the target range, thereby reducing complications associated with diabetes.
We're dedicating increasing effort to developing this feature because we truly believe it has the potential to elevate your diabetes management—making it both simpler and more effective.
Together, we can transform the vision of “Zero Time Out of Range” into a reality.
